Completed projects
Our projects show how, through careful planning and intelligent execution, we design and implement automation systems and electrical installations in accordance with future standards.
Hotel Tiergartenstraße – Berlin
In this project, the intelligent Room Automation system was designed and implemented to fully control the temperature, lighting, ventilation and curtains of the rooms. All functions are controlled via a central server and in connection with the Building Management System (BMS). Using presence sensors and ambient temperature data, optimal energy consumption and adjustments are made automatically. 25% reduction in energy consumption and increased guest comfort in all rooms.
Charité Hospital and Medical School – Berlin
In this project, Noralis modernized the fire extinguishing and indoor air quality control systems in accordance with the latest German safety standards. All dampers, valves and smoke control systems were redesigned and integrated with the intelligent building management system (BMS). By installing temperature, humidity and CO₂ sensors, ventilation and fire extinguishing control are automated and optimized, increasing safety and reducing energy consumption.
House of Statics – Berlin
In this project, the building's ventilation system was upgraded from the traditional CAV (Constant Air Flow) model to VAV (Variable Air Flow). By installing air pressure and quality sensors and using Belimo smart ventilators, the airflow is adjusted according to the actual needs of the space. This solution significantly reduced the energy consumption of the fans and allowed for more accurate and stable control of the ambient temperature.
Today, we are shaping the future of buildings.
Spitzke – Berlin
In this industrial project, an intelligent Energy Management System (EMS) was designed and implemented to optimize the energy consumption of the rail production complex. By analyzing and continuously monitoring electrical, thermal and ventilation energy, energy waste points were identified and corrected. 30% reduction in total energy consumption and full compliance with the European EN ISO 50001 standard.
Heinrich Böll Foundation – Berlin
In this project, Noralis designed and implemented a complete intelligent building management system (BMS). The system includes intelligent control of lighting, heating, ventilation, security and fire extinguishing and uses equipment from Siemens, Belimo and ABB. By integrating Agn Fire equipment, perfect coordination between fire control, emergency ventilation and energy management was created. A digital, sustainable and intelligent building with optimal energy consumption.
With a focus on energy sustainability, Noralis uses advanced sensors and control systems to reduce consumption and increase efficiency. Relying on KNX, BACnet and Modbus standards and Data Logging, Energy Monitoring and IoT technologies, it enables precise monitoring and reduction of energy waste, reducing consumption by more than 30%.
Through energy optimization, infrastructure intelligence, and data management, Noralis contributes to several Sustainable Development Goals. Its solutions align with SDG7 for reducing energy consumption, SDG9 and SDG11 for smart technology and infrastructure, and SDG12 and SDG13 for responsible consumption and reducing waste, helping to build sustainable buildings and cities.
